Our goal is to help you look and feel your best, which is why we offer a 90 Day Guarantee. While we're confident in our product delivering results, we understand some people may not experience such improvements, and that's ok!
Please ensure you read & understand the terms below, as this is what will determine if you qualify for the Guarantee:
How to qualify:
1. Purchase a 90-day supply of any of our products
2. Take a timestamped photo of of your teeth before and after 90 continuous days of using our product, showing as much detail as possible
2. Evaluate your progress after 90 continuous days of using our product. Remember this is meant to compliment a healthy oral care routine - not replace it.
3. If you feel like there's been no difference to your teeth reach out to us via email care@tryrez.com and attach both timestamped photos.
*Please keep in mind if after reviewing your individual situation our team feel you would require a longer treatment this is what we will recommend and encourage. Because after all, we want to get you RESULTS!

Once we receive your enquiry, one of our friendly support team will respond with their recommendations within 1-3 business days
If returning stock, it is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we highly recommend you opt for tracking for delivery verification purposes, as we will not be held accountable for items not received.
All refunds are processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Depending on the original payment method, refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Please note:
To claim the guarantee a person must purchase and supplement our products for 90 continuous days per the recommended daily dosage, and provide time-stamped photos.
We must receive your enquiry within 120 days of the date you receive your order.
The amount refunded will be less shipping ($9.95)
All refunds are processed excluding any shipping costs.
90-Day Guarantee claims will only be valid on your first purchase with us. Repeat orders will not be refundable under the REZ Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied and to ensure that we are fulfilling our mission as a brand. However, these guidelines also ensure we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come. Returning REZ products without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your transaction non-refundable.
